Well Filtration and Water Softening

Comprehensive solutions for well water problems.

Fighting sulfur odors or limescale in your well water? We can fix that.

For all the benefits of well water, it comes with a few common challenges as well.

The most common in our service area are related to sulfides, calcium, magnesium, and iron in well water.

We're able to resolve these issues with filtration and water softening systems, installed alongside your pump system.

Check out our Well Testing page for information about bacterial and heavy metal contamination.

Who Needs Well Water Treatment?

Not every well needs filtration, but when it does, you'll notice. We recommends water treatment for homes or properties experiencing:

Rotten egg smell from taps or laundry Rust stains in sinks, tubs, or toilet bowls White limescale buildup on fixtures Dry skin, dull hair, or stiff-feeling laundry Mineral-heavy water that damages appliances Water that "tastes off" or leaves residue on glassware

These issues are common in Northwest Arkansas, especially in areas with iron-rich rock formations and high mineral content. Fortunately, they're easily fixable with the right system.

Installed by the Team That Knows Your Well

Because we can also handle your pump service, pressure tank, and water testing, your treatment system is integrated, not tacked on; that means:

Correct sizing based on your well's flow and chemistry Proper placement near the pressure tank or entry point Clean, code-compliant plumbing No guesswork, and no unnecessary filters you don't need

We install low-maintenance, environmentally friendly systems that solve problems without salt, electricity, or complex timers; ideal for both grid-tied and off-grid setups.

FAQ

How is hard water treated for wells?

We install nuvoH2O softeners, which use a citrus-based chelation process instead of salt. It prevents and removes scale buildup, requires no electricity or backflushing, and is safe for skin, appliances, and the environment.

How is iron in well water treated?

We install Air Iron (IMB) filters, which oxidize and remove iron without chemicals. These systems are low-maintenance, eco-friendly, and ideal for well water with staining or metallic taste.

How is sulfur in well water treated?

We use Air Sulfur (IMS) filters, which neutralize that rotten egg smell by oxidizing sulfur gas into a filterable solid - no chlorine or harsh chemicals required.
